The V100 Mandello was the first motorcycle in the world to adopt adaptive aerodynamics, which completely changed motorcycle design. Depending on speed or the chosen Riding Mode, the lateral deflectors' position is dynamically adjusted to lower the rider's air pressure. This technique is the outcome of more than 200 hours of calculations and wind tunnel testing to find the ideal ratio between small size and maximum comfort. The electrotonically adjustable windscreen, which is operated by handlebar instructions and significantly increases wind protection and riding comfort on lengthy trips, completes this unique technology in its class.
